How soon after I've signed up do I get my username and password? You'll be sent an email within a couple minutes so you can start downloading right away. There can be many reason why a card is declined, the most common being you simply entered your details wrong. If you try to signup and your credit card is declined you'll automatically be forwarded to another Biller so you can try again. Some billers perform stricter secuirty checks.
